How often am I communicating the vision we hope to see for those in our church and community?  Do I frame each meeting I lead in the context of how what we’re doing moves us closer to seeing the vision become a reality?  We move so fast that we often lose sight of what we’re doing.  I need to continue communicating the vision until I get sick of saying it and others start making fun of me for saying it so much.

Our vision: “Multiplying faith communities in every community where everyone is calling out the masterpiece in others.”
