The month of December meant Gateway had to rally together to pull off 9 different Christmas services in 2 locations. The end result was a team of close to 200 staff and volunteers delivering a Christmas production to 10,000 people that provided over 10,000 pounds of food for people in need in the Austin area. Lot’s of lessons learned that I’ll post in the future, but overall it was a great example of what happens when a team all pulls in the same direction.
