I currently serve as the Executive Director of Gateway Church. That pretty much means I do whatever it takes for us fulfill our mission of “helping unchurched people become a unified community of growing, multiplying Christ followers.”

Right now we are working on building Networks in 5 different geographies around Austin and on the Internet. Networks are our way of meeting physical and spiritual needs of those around us in groups of 50 or so people. In order to do this, we have to develop, shepherd and care for people like crazy. Our end goal is to see people come to faith, walk with Christ, and turn around to develop others. We don’t have all the answers, but are doing our best to see this multiply so many, many more experience grace, freedom, and purpose.
